1.1. ShadowSwap is a platform for anonymous crypto exchange. We are not a bank, exchange, or financial intermediary.
1.2. By using the service, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

2. How Exchange Works

2.1. You send crypto — we send the crypto you need. Simple.
2.2. The exchange starts after funds are received and may take up to 120 minutes.
2.3. Once started, an exchange cannot be canceled. Double-check wallets before sending.

3. Important Things to Know

3.1. We don't store logs, ask for ID, or track where your coins came from.
3.2. Exchange data is deleted within 24 hours. It cannot be recovered.
3.3. You are responsible for where and how you send funds. Wrong address? We can't refund.

4. Liability

4.1. We are not responsible for Bitcoin or other blockchain network speeds — that's beyond our control.
4.2. We are not liable if you enter the wrong wallet address or send to the wrong place.
