Terms of Service Provision

1. Basic Provisions

This Agreement governs the terms of use of the Hashlook website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service is an information platform. Hashlook does not conduct digital asset exchanges, does not buy or sell cryptocurrencies, does not store user funds, and is not a party to transactions. All materials on the site are published for informational purposes only. The Administration does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data presented. Use of the information from the Service is at the user's own risk.

2. Status of the Service

Hashlook aggregates public data on exchange rates, fees, and ratings of exchange offices. The Service helps the user compare offers but does not verify the reliability of exchange offices in real time. Any decision to make an exchange is made by the user independently. The Administration does not control transactions and cannot influence their execution by third parties.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By starting to use Hashlook, the user confirms that they have fully read the text of the Agreement and accept all its terms. If any condition is disagreed with, the user must immediately cease using the Service. The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

4. Information and Recommendations

Data on Hashlook does not constitute individual investment advice. Site materials should not be construed as a solicitation to buy, sell, or exchange digital assets. Before making financial decisions, the user should conduct their own analysis of the information. If necessary, it is recommended to consult qualified professionals. The Administration is not responsible for losses arising from following the information on the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all its content are provided strictly on an "as is" basis without any warranties. Hashlook does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site, absence of technical failures, or complete compliance of the data with user expectations. The Administration is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, outdated rates, or delays in information updates. Following external links posted on the site is done voluntarily and at the user's own risk. Hashlook does not control the content of third-party resources.

6. Prohibited Actions

The user is prohibited from using Hashlook for the following purposes:

Posting illegal, offensive, defamatory, or malicious content

Infringing on intellectual property rights to site materials and design

Sending spam, collecting personal data of other users without their consent

Attempting to hack, distribute viruses, or disrupt the Service's operation

Using Hashlook data for commercial purposes without written permission

If these rules are violated, the Administration has the right to restrict or completely terminate user access without prior notice.

7. Privacy and Data

Hashlook does not require mandatory registration. The Service does not intentionally collect users' personal data. However, when using the site, technical information is automatically processed: IP address, browser type, operating system, cookies, and data about visited pages. This information is used only for internal analytics, improving the Service's operation, and preventing technical failures. Data is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law. By continuing to use the site, the user agrees to the processing of cookies.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Hashlook site, including texts, structure, design, logo, software code, and databases, are objects of intellectual property. Full or partial copying, distribution, modification, or publication of materials without prior written permission from the Administration is prohibited. The exception is quoting with a mandatory active hyperlink to Hashlook.

9. Feedback and Disputes

The user has the right to submit questions, comments, or suggestions through the feedback form on the site. The Administration will review inquiries within a reasonable time but does not guarantee a response. All disputes arising from the use of the Service are governed by applicable law. If disagreements are not resolved through pre-trial proceedings, the dispute shall be submitted to the court at the Administration's location.

10. Force Majeure

The Service is not responsible for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, government actions, global network failures, cyberattacks, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Administration.
